The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Education (AASHE) is seeking presenter proposals for AASHE 2013 Conference: Resilience & Adaptation, which takes place in Nashville October 6 – 9, 2013. The objective of the conference is to present a program representing and informing a broad spectrum of best practices and sustainability challenges facing higher eduction today. Topics may include curriculum transformation, social justice, climate action and behavior change.
The organization is looking for presentations that will surprise, inspire, empower and motivate conference attendees into action on their campuses and surrounding communities. With this year’s theme in mind, “Resiliency & Adaptation,” AASHE 2013 is an opportunity to share the innovations, activities, frameworks, learning outcomes, tools, strategies, research, theory and leadership initiatives that are changing the face of sustainability in higher education.
